人影疎らな渋谷の夜。
寒さに耐えられずうろつく浮浪者。
ホテル街の片隅。青い看板。
込み上げる熱気。地下2階の喧噪。
ステージに前のめりになる観客。

バリトンの様な声で、響き渡る様な声で、
でも静かに、諭す様に観客に語りかけるMC。

「明けたぞ。
始まったぞ。
待ったなしだぞ。
109めの鐘を鳴らすのはオマエだ。
迷う事をやめるな。
彷徨う事をあきらめるな。
失ったものを忘れるな。
何かを得る為に、何かを失う事を恐れるな。

かじかんだ手に、生暖かい息を吐く暇があるなら、敵を殴って暖めろ。

しびれた足先を暖めたいなら、ただ進め。

20年後をぼんやりと、
5年後をしっかりと見据えろ。
sustainabilityに唾を吐け。
survivabilityを持って生き抜け。

静まり返る観客。
地を這う様なドラムとベース。

熱狂。絶叫。

目を閉じて、
再び開けると、
もうフロアは伽藍としていて、
階段を上ると空は明るい。

定まらない足元で、
行く宛てもなく歩き始める。

そんな夢を見た。

久しぶりに、日本の若手のバンドにグッと来た。

“和製リバティーンズ”なんて呼ばれているらしいけど、

僕はSpitzの様な毒っ気と瑞々しさを感じる。

正直、どの声がカニエ・ウェストかも分からないんですが、
ニッキー・ミナージュかっこ良過ぎ!!

高校生の時分に死ぬほど聴いていた。
今聴いても、色褪せない。

“across the sea”は、純愛と変態性は重なり合うことを証明しております。

何故か、NY出張中に一番聴いていた曲。

きっと寒すぎて、何か暖かいものを求めていたんだと思う。

DECEMBER NY

I just got back from NYC with a pain in my right knee.
(I think this pain is from the looong flight from JFK to Narita... fuck.)

Actually, I had only 3 days to stay there, so I couldn't contact with my friends who I wanted to see,
but I was able to have great business meetings and the wander in the city during the meetings.

NYより帰国。

膝の痛みと引き換えに、何かでっかいものを得た。

あれ、痛みを得て、何かを失ったのか。
